Professional Background

As a graduate of Bethel College in Mishawaka Indiana, Mary Dale majored in Business Management. She had a love for numbers but a stronger passion for helping people versus just working in an office atmosphere. During college, she decided to pursue a career in real estate. In 2005, she graduated from Bethel and became licensed as a REALTOR for the state of Indiana.

Mary Dale worked in the Indianapolis marketplace as a licensed assistant under an experienced and seasoned agent before choosing to come back home to Northern Indiana to continue her career servicing buyers and sellers. Mary has been with Coldwell Banker since 2007. Since that time, she has listed and sold a variety of properties ranging from vacant land, investment properties, foreclosures, farm properties, residential sales, corporate relocation and waterfront. Each year Mary has continued to grow her business and increase her sale volume. In 2012, she was ranked in the top 10 REALTORS of Elkhart County for her sale volume and earned the award of International President's Elite designation placing Mary in the creme-de-la-creme of the Coldwell Banker Network.

Mary L. Dale understands real estate is an ever changing market but still requires the lessons she learned early in life being raised on a dairy farm where hard work, patience, and integrity pay off. Those lessons will continue to contribute to her character and ethics of her real estate career.
