 Deb has been in real estate for 9 years and has grown to love serving residents and future residents of our community here. In 2008 Deb realized she was dealing with more clients than there was time in the day and after much thought decided to expand to form Paton-Showley Group. This was done over a period of time by adding some quality and knowledgeable people to the team to enhance our service to our clients. Deb has grown up on Lake Tippecanoe and has worked in the Marina and Boating industry many years before finding her natural fit in Real Estate. Her Grandfather was selling lake property before it was popular and her father George Paton III holds a broker license and owns and operates Patona Bay Boat Service. Before Real estate, Deb was general manager at local marina in Syracuse. Selling Master Craft, Godfrey, and Chaparral Boats and servicing clients on all the lakes in the area. This has given her vast knowledge of the lakes that people are boating on and given her an edge in a competitive market. Deb and her husband Mark have one son. She is dedicated to serving you and her clients.  Before Real Estate- Deb attended Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO and has a degree in Business Management and Pre Veterinary Medicine.  She has trained horses and run her own horse training facility- specializing in coaching children, amatuers and horse enthusiasts to the winner's circle in Morgan, Arabian and saddle horse events.  She has earned top sales awards in every area she has served in Sales- Amongst them- being recognized as Salesperson of the Year for Master Craft Boat Company- A distinct honor for a young professional. As she has entered the Real Estate world- Holding the principles set in place by her Grandfather- She has served her clients with honor, respect and confidence to provide great success in the world of Real Estate.  She is consistenly  honored as a Top Real Estate Associate by her company- Coldwell Banker Roth Wehrly Graber as well as Coldwell Banker Corporate. Locally she has earned top honors of Realtor of the Year  for 2011- having been voted to this by her colleagues.  She has served the Kosciusko Board of Realtors as a Director for 6 years and President for 2011 and has served as President Elect for 2012 of Kosciusko Board of Realtors, MLS.  She has also served as a director on Kosciusko Fulton County Builder Association currently.  She is actively involved with Charitable Events through out Kosciusko County and a Supporter of Tippecanoe Watershed Foundation helping to organize the successful Cottage Tour on Tippy in 2012.  She is forward thinking and driven to provide her clients with the best service possible.  Deb formed a team of like minded individuals that can provide superior service to a larger amount of clients.
